Blu-ray player won't read Blu-rays!

In its current version, check if by purchasing the full version you don’t have that option because many software are provided to give a minimum of function. On my laptop that reads Blu-ray, I switched to a full version to be at ease.
Also, make sure your media is indeed a Blu-ray disc because if it’s a downloaded media, it’s normal that it’s not read. The capacity of a Blu-ray goes up to 15 GB, so if your media is a purchased disc, that’s fine, but if it’s downloaded, it’s possible it has been compressed, so it might be a bdbrip or Blu-ray rip in AVI format.
Give me some indications on a possibility to purchase an extension for your software, provided that your media is a commercially purchased Blu-ray, as I wouldn't be surprised if it’s not in the full version.
