Spam sur adresse mail

Avant tout ne vous inquiété pas je travail avec un autre pc, celui du taf, et une autre adresse mail en ce moment!

Je viens vers vous car j'ai un souci!!! Quand quelqu'un m'envoi un mail il recoit cette réponse:

Je pense que c'est un spam mais je ne sais pas comment le supprimer et j'ai peur d'infecter les personne qui m'envoie des mail et c'est chaint....

J'ai AVG internet sécurity qui a un antispam et lors de mon analyse quotidienne il ne trouve rien
