Philips DVDR3570H/31 DVD Recorder Locked

Hello,
My DVDR3570H/31 player is completely stuck, unable to do anything even after rebooting. Do you have a solution?

    IN THE BACK FACE, YOU WILL FIND A HORIZONTAL OPENING WITH A SMALL FLAT SCREWDRIVER YOU CAN OPEN THE DRAWER.

    Maybe you could try to take off the "lid" of your reader. It's the metal part that covers and protects the machine. Then you would have access to the stuck part. It's often a mechanical issue. You won't risk anything by trying if you do it with great care.

    I have the same problem, my DVD player is stuck
    I followed the manual and even after rebooting, nothing has changed. The only thing that moves when I try my remote is a small icon that appears or disappears on the display
    it looks like this o(((
