Ctrl+Z closes the software.

Hello,

I am facing a mysterious problem: I can't work on Photoshop or Illustrator without getting frustrated. Every time I use the ctrl+Z combination to undo, it opens the window asking if I want to save changes before closing. If anyone knows where this problem comes from, please let me know; it would be very helpful. I am encountering this issue on several computers.

    Hello!
    I hope you managed to solve the problem by now, but just in case, it's because your keyboard switched from azerty to qwerty mode. To switch back, press shift+alt.

      coucou I have the same problem even though my keyboard is in the right mode regarding the keys I have no issues except with ctrl z

      Well thank you very much Jul!!! And yes, we are in 2011 and I had the same problem as Flo today! It's amazing that, as old as the posts may be, they are still helpful!!!!
