Installation primaxGUI

Bonjour,
je viens de télécharger (disons il y a une semaine ;-) ), l'interface "primaxGUI-0.99-9" et je n'arrive pas à l'installer!!!!
Voici les fichiers qu'on trouve dedans:
file:/home/perso/My Downloads/primaxGUI-0.99-9/CHANGES
file:/home/perso/My Downloads/primaxGUI-0.99-9/INSTALL
file:/home/perso/My Downloads/primaxGUI-0.99-9/Makefile
file:/home/perso/My Downloads/primaxGUI-0.99-9/primaxgui
file:/home/perso/My Downloads/primaxGUI-0.99-9/README
J'ai essayé (sous root):
# ./Makefile
# ./INSTALL
...
J'ai à chaque fosi "permission denied"....
Même en changeant de dossier (/tmp.... /var/tmp...).
J'ai une suse 9.1 et je travaille sous KDE.
Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée la dessus?

Suffit de lire le fichier "INSTALL" :
NOTE this version is for primax_scan 0.93beta2 !!!
Edit Makefile to suit your needs.
Be shure to have working binary primax_scan from:
http://thor.prohosting.com/~chrordig/Primax/
-Just run make install
Binaries will be installed in /usr/local/bin/ by default.
-Remove binaries with " make uninstall"
