Question sur ma configuration

Bonjour,je me permets de poster un message , car je n'y connais pas grand chose en informatique.Je souhaite acheter un jeux mais je ne sais pas si mon pc a la configuration minimale pour le faire tourner.Je suis allée sur maconfigue.com , pour avoir le detail de mon ordinateur, mais je ne m'y retrouve pas, alors si vous pouvez me dire si mon pc pourra tenir la route, je vous en remerci d'avance.J'ai surtout un problème au niveau de la carte graphique, je ne sais pas si elle va tenir le coup et au niveau des 1Go de ram , je ne trouve pas cette information, dans le descriptif de mon pc.

Voilà la configuration minimael pour le jeux:
