Well, I'm adding another layer here; it's clear that you have to be a masochist to order multiple times from a site you criticize so much, it's ridiculous! Honestly, I'm dying of laughter! As for me, well, I'm still taking advantage of great deals :p and just got some gorgeous Dior sunglasses this week!!! Perfect packaging, perfect delivery, perfect product, and I’m not even talking about the price... (because I don’t spend €270 (original price) on sunglasses. Finally, unhappy customers, please don't come back, it will leave more products for us!!!!

I am super surprised by the comments on Showroom. I've placed about ten orders, I’m a big fan! Even though I experienced two issues (a missing product in the Orlane sale, and an order that was 5 days late), I am generally satisfied with the orders I’ve made. The only problem might be that sometimes the photos are too small, making it hard to choose when you can’t try the products. But well, for the two problems I had, I was refunded very quickly (2-3 days, I think). In any case, I recommend it; they have super low prices, and they deliver much faster than Vente Privée (except for the order that was delivered late).

The next time you want to do some disguised advertising for your company (or for the company you work for, namely FR.... EXPORT - 198 Avenue du ..... in S.....-D..... ), do it from your personal computer, it will be less obvious!

What makes you say that this message comes from showroomprivé? If you have a clue, I’m interested because I’m convinced that the positive messages flooding the web about showroomprivé come from their employees. There is a commercial rule that states that an unhappy customer will tell about their experience to 10 people, while a satisfied customer will only tell about it to two people. However, on forums, negative messages about showroomprivé are often followed by a barrage of positive messages, contradicting this rule. In any case, for those who still doubt, go check out the comment from a customer (cassandre051) on Ciao.fr who praises the company Showroomprivé like a press agent. She simply copied almost entirely the showroomprivé sales brochure with a catchy title worthy of an advertising slogan: "When brands put on their show."

I'm laughing too... I'm not working for showroomprive (I have a job, thank you) and I'm starting to wonder why the unhappy ones still come to post here, I can also take a screenshot of my many orders!!!!

I would like to remind you that the principle of this forum is to give your opinion on a company and that the initial question was "can we trust showroomprivé?". Also, it is very easy for someone who works for showroomprivé to provide a screenshot of fake orders from a fictitious customer. Comments on the comments of actual showroomprivé customers have no place here.

I completely agree with you, traquepub. Just because we are unhappy with Showrooprive.com, we shouldn't post comments on this forum? That's completely absurd! On the contrary, we are at the heart of the matter. However, I didn't expect to find myself in the fan club of Showroomprive!
