bonjour et mreci pour votre aide;en utilisant AVG,j'ai vu:downloader webir et wintim 2Q;j'ai utilisé trois fois AVG,rien ne change,que puis je faire car je n'ai pas beaucoup d'experience

Salut.

1 - laisser ton n° de tél en clair dans un forum public est "juste" le risque de se faire appeler par plein de gens pas toujousr forcément bien intentionnés ; par ailleurs, avec un N° des individus peuvent remonter jusqu'à toi
2 - le principe de base d'un forum est de laisser les infos d'un souci visibles pour d'autres qui auraeint le même souci plus tard ; les consultations privées ne sont pas de mise.
3 - http://www.commentcamarche.net/ccmguide/ccmcharte.php3
4 - les "virus" détectés sous les noms de "backdoor.xxxx" ou de "trojan.xxxx" ou de "troj.xxxx" ne sont pas des virus comme on les entend communément mais des chevaux de Troie (lire => http://www.commentcamarche.net/virus/trojan.php3) dont les antivirus traditionnels ont presque toujours du mal à se débarrasser, ce qui est normal car ils ne sont pas faits pour ça ; ils ne sont en principe pas destructifs. Il ne suffit pas de les éradiquer, il faut surtout les empêcher de revenir !
5 - un logiciel facile, gratos et efficace pour en virer certains est SpybotS&d, avec notamment une version française, disponible ici http://sebsauvage.net/logiciels/spybotsd.html ou TheCleaner ici http://www.moosoft.com/thecleaner/ ou encore http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/index.html ; tu peux aussi commencer par un scan anti-troyens ici http://assiste.free.fr/p/frameset/03_06.php ; beaucoup d'outils intéressants aussi sur ce site.
6 - Important : l'installation d'un firewall http://www.commentcamarche.net/lan/firewall.php3 pour limiter ce genre de soucis est absolument indispensable ; large choix ici => http://www.firewall-net.com/fr/
7 - lire aussi, et dès que possible, la page "SafeHex" sur ce site http://sebsauvage.net/ et ... appliquer ce qui y est conseillé !!!

jai plein de virus je ne sais pas comment les enlever! en plus des que je vais sur msn il s'envoi a tout le monde les virus aider moi!!!!

Il serait préférable que tu crées ton propre « topik » message personnel. Cela rendra le poste (ici) plus compréhensible, et nous pourrons traiter ton soucis avec plus d’efficacité.

J'y pige pas grand chose , peux tu m'expliquer ou je dois cliquer précisément pour nettoyer mon ordi de tous ces virus , ou sont ces log sur la page en question , tu peux éventuellement me contacter au 06.62.85.08.73 , je suis inquiet , j'ai lu qu'on pouvait me piquer mes codes confidentiels et je crains le pire.

je ne comprends pas , comment peut on faire quoique ce soit avec mon N° de tel , sinon me joindre je ne demande rien sinon que de m'expliquer de vive voix la démarche a suivre afin de me libérer de ces satanées vers ou virus , bref pour moi c'est une solution de rapidité , .............apparement je suis très naif , qu'est ce que je risque en te laissant mon N° de tel..........a part d'être appelé!

Si cela te contrarie autant , est ce que tu peux donner réponse a mon interrogation en ligne , a moins qu'il y est la aussi un risque quelquonque .................enfin , bref , le + grand risque est de vivre, ne crois tu pas.

Faite scan en ligne et coller le rapport ici sur le post
utiliser l'antivirus en ligne suivant :
http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan/
Cliquer sur "To continue without subscribing click here" et attendre quelques minutes.

Lorsque "Ready" est affiché dans "status", cocher la case "Autoclean" puis cliquer sur "Scan my PC"
A la fin de l'analyse, copier/coller le rapport ici.

bonjour

j'ai apparement un virus et j'ai utilisé le site auquel vous faite référence , il en est ressorti beaucoup de fichiers infecté.

Quand vous écrivez , a la fin de l'analyse copier/coller le rapport ici , c'est ou ici , sur le site cçm ?

comment me débarrasser de ce virus et nettoyer mon pc?

J'iamerais pouvoir sortir de cette galère , mon pc rame et de plus je ne plus utiliser plusieurs logiciel comme mon bloc note "NOTEPAD" bref plus rien ne va!

tu as la dose commence par utiliser ces log utilise les tous et refait un scan apres redemarrage pour voir ce qu il reste
utilise cet anti trojan A2

Naivement , je pensais que tu étais la seule personne qui avait accés a mes messages car après avoir été dans le moteur de recherche " google " j'ai tapé dans la barre de recherche " comment supprimer un virus " et je suis tombé sur un lien qui donne directement sur ton message dans cçm.

Suite a tes conseil je suis quand même parvenu a télécharger " a2personalsetup " mais apparemment il me reste des ........vers voici la liste ci dessous , mais ça va un peu mieux , dans Infected files j'en avais 109 et désormais j'en ai plus que 15 mais qu'est ce que c'est les suspicieux , peut on les supprimer ou ce n'est pas nécessaire?

Si tu lis bien, tout ce qui est "backdoor" ou "trojan" sont des virus, d'un genre certes particulier, mais c'en sont.
Conclusion ?

As-tu vraiment lu http://www.commentcamarche.net/virus/trojan.php3 ?

Par ailleurs, les logiciels anti-trojans ne sont pas universels, certains combattent une série d'autres en combattent une autre, il faut donc en appliquer plusieurs (voir < 7 > : il y en a plusieurs d'indiqués) Et puis http://assiste.free.fr/p/frameset/03_06.php

Rappel : " 7 - lire aussi, et dès que possible, la page "SafeHex" sur ce site http://sebsauvage.net/ et ... appliquer ce qui y est conseillé !!! "

On ne peut pas tout faire à ta place ; on te donne ici des conseils, des liens aussi pédagogiques que possible ( il y a aussi http://www.commentcamarche.net/glossaire/ pour avoir des infos sur plein de termes informatiques ....) mais c'est A TOI de réaliser certaines actions.

De protection/prévention notamment comme indiqué ci-dessus !

au passage telecharge aussi un firewall kerio ou zone alarme en version gratuite ça peut toujours servir tchao!!!!

atention a2 n est pas un anti virus mais un anti trojan
il te faut en plus un vrai anti virus et un pare feu

commence par ceci
A faire hors connexion
tu click sur démarrer/panneaux de configuration/option internet
une fenêtre s ouvre tu click sur supprime les fichiers
une nouvelle petite fenêtre s ouvre tu coche effacer tout le contenu hors connexion et click ok

et regarde dans ajout suppression de programme si tu trouve quelque chose qui correspond a ceci

si tu trouve desinstall

redemarre et refait un scan pour voir se qu l reste

ya un autre anti-virus qui est en ligne et très efficace
juste ici : http://fr.trendmicro-europe.com/consumer/housecall/housecall_pre.php ce site scan ton pc et detecte tout ce qui en reste!!! pour le rete qui ne sont pas des virus et bien ya toujours ceci : http://www.xoftspy.com/ qui est lui aussi tres utile

va sur telecharger.com et tu telecharge CCleaner et aprés tu installe apres tu fait la réenstalation de ton ordinateur au moment ou tu allume ton ordinateur tu reste appuyé sur F10
