je suis infecter par un gnre de virus MS antipyware 2009,il me dit ke je m suis fait infiltrer par plein de virus.......je ne compren plus rien.....aidez-moi merci

    Bonjour,

    En attendant que Jet ne revienne et pour faire avancer :

    tu télécharges smitfraudfix de S!Ri sur ton bureau
    http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
    Double clique sur l’exécutable. Il va crée un un dossier SmitFraudFix et lancer l’outil.

    tu choisis l' option 1 .
    Un rapport sera crée.
    Copie/colle le rapport dans ton prochain message.

    une fenetre ms dos(noir) souvre sa me marque acces refuse sur plusieur lignes..........apres un certain temps sa me dit si jautorise je dit oui,apre une autre fenetre ms dos bleu souvre je choisi loption un et la sa me dit acces refusé sur 3 lignes en suite la 4iem ligne me dit in progress ensuite les prochaine ligns me disent refusé et sa ferme tout seul....

    OK, tu vas utiliser un autre outil.

    Tu télécharges MalwareBytes.
    http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

    Tu l'installes. Choisis les options par défaut.
    A la fin de l’installation, il te sera demandé de mettre à jour MalwareBytes et de l’éxecuter .
    Accepte. Après la, mise à jour, le logiciel va s’ouvrir.

    Dans l’onglet Recherche, sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet.
    Clique sur recherche. Tu ne sélectionnes que les disques durs de l’ordinateur.
    Clique sur lancer l’examen.

    A la fin de la recherche, comme il est demandé, clique sur afficher les résultats.
    Si des infections sont trouvées, clique sur Supprimer la sélection.
    Tu postes le rapport dans ton prochain message.

    Si tu ne retrouves pas le rapport, ouvre MalwareBytes et regarde dans l’onglet Rapport/logs. Il y est. Clique dessus et choisir ouvrir.

    Il y a beaucoup de services qui ont été touchés sur ton PC.
    Il faudra réinstaller certaines applications.

    Comment se comporte le PC ?

    Tu vas faire un scan avec Antivir.
    On va l'installer sur ton PC, faire un scan puis le désinstaller.

    Pour éviter un conflit avec ton autre antivirus, arrête Norton après avoir installé Antivir.

    télécharge Antivir.

    Mets à jour Antivir et lance un scan complet :
    Pour cela, clique sur l'onglet Protection locale puis Scanner
    Choisis les éléments à scanner ( disques durs locaux ).
    Lance le scan. Lorsque le scan est terminé, tu as la possibilité de générer un rapport en cliquant sur le bouton report.
    Poste le rapport.

    2) Arrête la protection résidente d'antivir.
    Dans Ajout/Supp de programmes, désinstalle Antivir.

    3) Réactive Norton.

    de toute facon ma license est expiré pour norton......et je sui incapable denlever norton,g fait rouler antivir avec norton activer ,en + il ma demander de supprimer des truc g rien compris je les ai mit en quarantaine..............cela va prendre 1 heure minimum,ke faire a la fin de lanalyse.......a part poster le rapport,merci

    Bonjour,

    Tu vas sur le site de Kaspersky:
    https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr
    Utilise Internet Explorer.

    Clique sur Demarrer Online-scanner ( en bas de page à droite ) pour commencer l'analyse.
    Il te sera demandé d'installer un logiciel de Kaspersky, accepte.

    A la fin de cette analyse, clique sur enregistrer le rapport.
    Poste le contenu de ce rapport dans ton prochain message.
