Hello,
I just got myself a new Samsung PLEOMAX PKB-7000X keyboard, and since I've been using it, my mouse isn't working very well. When I click on an icon, all the others open at the same time. Can someone help me?

Thanks in advance.

Try using another keyboard (a keyboard lying around your home or at a friend's place) and try clicking on an icon again. And let me know what happens.

Thank you for your advice BZZX, with another keyboard it works very well, I uninstalled and then reinstalled the drivers and it's still the same thing.

I think there is a key inside the keyboard that must have been stuck, either due to bad soldering, a defect, or something else.
Try the same keyboard on another PC; if not, go to the customer service of your store.

Could you give me the exact model of your keyboard? It should be located on the back of your keyboard on a gray sticker; it probably says "MODEL NUMBER."

This is the PBK - 7000X
there you go and I have the link for you to see which shortcuts I'm talking about! It's the gray buttons! They can control my music player, my internet pages, and other stuff. Thanks
If you want more information just let me know!
But do you think there's a solution?

These are called shortcut keys ^x^
Here's the driver for your Samsung Pleomax PBK-7000X:

Yes, normally you install the driver, and once the PC is restarted, you can configure the shortcut keys by clicking on the keyboard icon located to the left of the clock.

I run it and then it shows me a "self-extracting" window, then there are new icons and it asks me to choose USB or S2. I tell it USB and then nothing happens!!

    Go to TLD:
    https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29
Click on "Run detection", you will need to install a software "Ma-Config.com", once installed, run the detection, and install the links in blue (all these links are updates for drivers already installed on your PC or for drivers not yet installed).

But there's nothing related to the keyboard in blue except for stuff for my graphics card or network card, but that doesn't seem relevant to me!!
But do you have another solution because don't forget that I have Windows 7!!
