Unregistering 2 profiles on Meetic

Hello,
I have two different profiles on Meetic and I managed to delete only one. The other profile remains active, it’s impossible to delete it they tell me password and username are invalid...
I followed the same procedure for the first profile and it worked fine.
Could someone please guide me?
