I can't register on Meetic.

Hello,

When I fill in the fields for my information, I receive the response: this email is already taken..., but I am not on Meetic or perhaps in consultation.
Can you tell me how I should proceed?

Are you having trouble registering on Meetic with your email address?

If your email address is already used for another account, you cannot use it for a new registration.

Indeed, an email address cannot be associated with multiple Meetic profiles.

I invite you to retrieve the password associated with your account in order to log in!

- Click on the "Forgotten credentials" link located at the top right of the homepage.
- Enter the email address linked to your account and then click "Ok."
- Your credentials will be sent to you by email. If you do not find it, I encourage you to check your spam (or junk mail) folder in your personal email.

Once logged in, you have the option to modify all the information associated with your account!

Just hover your mouse over your username at the top right of the page and click on the "My profile" link.

Would you prefer to close your account and create a new profile? Once logged in, it's simple:

- Hover your mouse over your username, click on "My account and subscription," and click on the link "To suspend your profile, click here."
- Click on the link at the bottom of the page "To permanently delete your account and all your information, click here."
- Enter your credentials to confirm your unsubscription (remember to include uppercase letters and special characters if necessary).

Your account closure will take effect within 24 hours. After this time, you will be able to proceed with your new registration!
