Add items to a menu in HTML.

Hello,
My website has a lot of HTML pages,
when I want to add a link (menu...)
I must necessarily do the same operation on all the HTML pages
or is there a simpler and faster method?

For example, let's take a site with more than 100 HTML pages,
would they have to add the links one by one on 100 HTML pages?
That would be crazy :)
There must surely be an easier method?

Do you have an editor, like Dreamweaver (or another)? If so, you can search and replace all the links at once.
