How to get rid of Aria-debug?

I’m trying to get rid of multiple aria-debug files that are piling up on my computer.
I delete them and they keep coming back constantly.
It has been said that Microsoft OneDrive is behind these issues... what should I do?

Apparently, it's difficult to uninstall OneDrive.
How can I do it effectively, without taking risks?
