Hello,

my USB drive was plugged in during an involuntary restart (following a Blue Screen of Death)

Later, I notice that a file is missing from my USB drive and I see this bootex.log file appearing.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 90.0.4430.212

    Hello
    The file bootex.log is legitimate.
    It is a file that is created after checking and correcting disk errors with a chkdsk scan.
    It is not an infection and you can delete it without any problem.
