Hello, I have a Haier TV that I bought two years ago. Since the switch to digital terrestrial television (TNT), the screen is black. Although I can hear the sound from all the channels, I'm not receiving any image. What should I do? Thank you for responding.

    try resetting your devices
    -
    make sure your devices are up to MPEG4 standard

      I have done an automatic adjustment 2 - 3 times and nothing works. Yet it was showing HD on the screen. Where can I see the MPEG4 standard?
