Try the user purge
- Quit OpenOffice
- Press the Windows key (the small flag) while holding the R key
- Type %appdata% > OK
- Find the OpenOffice folder and rename it OldOpenOffice
- Restart OpenOffice

We don’t receive any email during a download of Apache OpenOffice, only the welcome setup.

Follow these tutorials to the letter, they apply to Win 11 and OpenOffice 4.1.16.

In case an installation has already been done: 
Remove OOo or AOO under MS-Windowss

and then: 
[AOO] Install Apache OpenOffice 4.1.x [Windows]
