Hello,
I have something that looks like a mobile phone
the brand KONROW-sky-55
my problem is that I am limited by the installation of certain apps that require overlay.
The message every time is that the feature has been disabled because it slows down the phone.
I have done what is necessary to access the developer options, but I cannot find the function to enable the overlay.
