Sharp TV transmitter issue

Hello,
I'm leaving a message here because I need help; I can't find a solution anywhere, and I don't know what to do.
I bought a second-hand Sharp LC60LE651E television almost two weeks ago, and it was working very well until yesterday when I tried to turn it on and an error message appeared indicating that my transmitters are no longer detected. I don't understand why, since I don't use an antenna; I just use my Bouygues decoder, which is properly connected and receiving its signal (it flashes when I try to do something with the remote). However, the error screen prevents any manipulation of the TV; I can't change the source, display a menu, or anything... I don't know if the issue comes from the TV or the decoder, but the fact is I can't use my TV anymore. Yesterday, after 3 hours of plugging and unplugging, it started working again, and this morning too, but now this afternoon the message has reappeared, and despite my attempts, nothing changes..! Do you have a solution to stop this problem? Do you know where it comes from?

    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug it back in.
    As soon as it works, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      Hello, thank you for the response. I've already done this hundreds of times, but nothing works. I can't access any menu; the screen showing the error blocks all access to menus or anything else. I don't know what to do; it's still not working.
