Hello,
Due to some incorrect handling, my Sharp LCD Color TV LC 32 A F 10 M - 102735129 shows a blue letter "K" at the top left. The volume can no longer be adjusted normally as it only goes to 50% and 100%. There is no way to set it to intermediate volumes.
I would be very grateful to anyone who can help me restore it.

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power cord, wait five minutes and then plug them back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

I've tried everything but the problem still persists.
