Hello

The 'NEOSURF' 'coupons', in fact their 'code', are used to anonymously reload a prepaid card, which is also completely anonymous..

For scams, this kind of thing is ideal.. There are other options: PCS, Transcash, TONEO, Payoneer, Nickel, Paysafecard, etc..

You can file a complaint but with little hope of getting your money back..

See you!

I was defrauded of $18,000 since August 10th. The person lives in France but supposedly went to Ivory Coast due to an accident and it was for paying his doctor. I believed him, but it was to spend online. I just found out about $5,000 today that I sent him. His name is Jean-Pierre Foissac. He said when he would be operated on, because he received the entire amount today, he would come to live in Canada with me. I checked if the tickets were booked today.
