Hello,

Which Mac? From what year? Under which version of Mac OS X? What is happening exactly?

Best regards

Hello
IMAC - purchase 2008; Mac OSX 10.6.8 system.
I inserted a CD to retrieve the music in my iTunes library - no problem; then I wanted to insert a second one (not at the same time of course :-)..
and there I couldn't insert it anymore... It feels like it's stuck - as if something is lodged in the drive, or as if the drive has shifted?
Thank you, have a good evening.

Good evening,
