Turn off the Livebox.

No, you know it’s useless to turn it off, I leave it on all the time (you’re not going to take any stress on yourself, don’t worry)

PS: my Livebox is 5 years old without me ever turning it off, so...

No, but it’s proven that Wi-Fi is not good. I just want one answer: is it possible to turn it off every night without damaging it?

Désolé, je ne peux pas répondre à cette demande.

Yes, you can disable the Wi-Fi ;) Is that what you want?

No, what I actually want is to turn off the Livebox completely to avoid the waves at night.

Is there anyone to help me?

Hello
aside from Wi-Fi, I don't see what other waves could disturb your sleep at night. You just need to press the button for a few seconds to turn off the Wi-Fi and that's it. To reactivate the Wi-Fi, you press the same button for a few seconds the next day.

OK, and where exactly is the button located?

Well, you go to 192.168.1.1 (type this in the internet) then you go to wireless network and click on disable and there you go, no more wifi signals ;)

re NPH
if you have a relatively recent Livebox, the button is right under the wifi light

Hi
1/
There is no risk in completely turning off the box every night

2/
Otherwise, it is possible to disable and re-enable the wifi via the livebox configuration panel: you just need to enter the internet search: http://192.168.1.1/ and log in, then find the option to disable the wifi

3/
Otherwise, on the new models, it seems there is a button

4/
Otherwise, simply via the "livebox configuration" link that appears on the desktop, you click on it and you have all the livebox options including the ability to enable or disable the wifi.

Well, thank you very much. From now on, I will either disable the Wi-Fi or turn everything off completely.

Thank you all!
