Indeed, when I put all the data in the same format, it works.

New problem: the format does not change automatically! When I select all the cells whose format I need to change, and I modify it, the data is not automatically updated to this format; I have to double-click on each of the cells for the change to take effect...

Is there a way to make this change automatic?

I think it's a text issue
try this
in another column
cell B2 contains the value: 13h30 (with h)

=REPLACE(B2,3,1," : ")

it should replace the letter h with :

in the end, don't forget to do copy >> special paste >> Values to change the data with H to the data with :
