Prob avec un virus jpenz

Bonjour,
j'ai un souci avec mon pc portable
quand je l'allume j'ai un message d'erreur qui s'affiche
et si je redemarre pas l'ordi il rame grave
je dois avoir chopé un virus ou un truc comme ça
et comme avast me detecte jamais rien comme d'hab
et quand j'utilise anti-malware il me detecte un trojan
donc je le supprime mais ça revient quand meme
si quelqu'un avait une solution car je rame moi aussi
merci d'avance a tous

    bonjour,
    télécharge GenProc http://www.genproc.com/GenProc.exe
    double-clique sur GenProc.exe à la fin du scan clique OUI et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

        Poste un rapport Nod32 https://www.eset.com/ (il faut utiliser Internet Explorer)
        - coche toutes les cases à chaque fois, et lorsque c'est terminé, colle le rapport :

          Le scan c'es terminé il m'a marqué qu'il avait aucune erreur détectée
          le prob c'est que j'ai pas de rapport qui c'est sauvegardé dans program files

              et j'ai un message d'alerte quand je l'allume
              donc je suis obligé de le rédémarré pour que ça n'apparait plus
