Hello, when I try to install Microsoft Office 2007 from a burned CD, an error is displayed:
Cannot continue the installation due to the following errors:
Microsoft Office System 2007 does not support upgrading from a pre-release version of Microsoft Office System 2007. You must first uninstall any pre-release version of Microsoft Office System 2007 and associated technologies. Please correct the above directory errors and restart the installation.
Knowing that I have uninstalled the 2003 version that I had on my PC
Configuration: Windows NT 4.0 Safari 525.19

    Hi,

    It's normal, you're using a copy; it's impossible to copy a Microsoft Office product like many CDs or DVDs that are protected to prevent piracy.
    Even copying from the original disc to a friend's PC is forbidden; since Office 2003, Microsoft products must be authenticated online, and during regular updates, Microsoft checks product keys and can disable all updates for this software.
