Problème dans le dossier C:\Windows\Inf

Bonjour, voila depuis quelque temps sur mon portable, il gèle au bout d'environ 1h ( jamais constant, il peut geler n'importe quand ) quand je fait un scan, il gèle lorsqu'il atteint les fichier dans le répertoier C:\Windows\Inf. Lorsqu'il gèle je ne peut plus rien faire, sa commence par la fenêtre ouverte,, après c'est la side bar, et après la barre de démarrage et la je dois redémarrer avec le bouton power... alors voila mon rapport HiJack pour vous aider a p-e si vous le pouvez m'aider :P
