Help !!! Anti Spyware XP 2009 Résolu

Bonjour, 

Hier soir mon ordinateur a redémarrer seul alors que je ne le lui avais pas demandé, et au redémarrage, j'ai une fenêtre qui n'arrête pas de s'ouvrir en bas à droite de mon écran et qui dit : 
"Your computer is infected. 
Windows has detected spyware infection! 
It is recommended to use special antispyware tools to prevent data loss. Windows will now download and install the most up to date antispyware for you. 
Click here to protect your computer from spyware!" 
et quand je clique sur la croix blanche sur fond cercle rouge d'où provient la bulle d'information, une fenêtre "antispywareXP 2009 s'ouvre.


Après ça j'ai remarque que mon panneau de configuration avait changé d'apparence (je n'avais plus la possibilité de basculer l'affichage vers les catégories, mon centre de sécurité était en anglais (et avant c'était bien ecrit en français) et m'indiquait "not found" pour la protection antivirus et j'ai remarqué aussi que la barre d'outil google avait disparu de mon internet explorer... Et pour finir mon pare feu windows se désactivait à chaque redémarrage.


Bref ça sent pas bon... Après avoir farfouillé sur google j'ai trouvé ce lien : http://www.net-studio.org/fr/application/xp_antispyware_2009.php qui propose de télécharger une application (tout en bas de la page) appelé XP Antispyware Fix et après l'avoir executé il semblerait que le "virus/rogue/trojan" ait disparu puisque je n'ai plus le fameux message d'infection qui réapparait quand je redémarre mon PC et mon panneau de configuration est redevenu normal (comme avant quoi) et mon pare feu reste à nouveau activé après un redémarrage...

Mais comme 2 précautions valent mieux qu'une et que si ça tombe le probleme est plus coriace qu'il n'en a l'air je viens demander de l'aide... et si ça tombe j'ai d'autres infections.

&#x25B6; Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le .exe peut ne pas s'afficher)

&#x25B6; Clique sur Search For Updates.

&#x25B6; Sélectionne Update Using jucheck.exe puis clique sur Search.

&#x25B6; Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il te le demande, clique sur Install et suis les instructions d'installation. Cela prendra quelques minutes.

&#x25B6; Quand l'installation est terminée, revient à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Remove Older Versions.

&#x25B6; Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. L'outil va travailler, clique ensuite sur Ok, puis une deuxième fois sur Ok.

&#x25B6; Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie-colle le dans ta prochaine réponse.

 * Note : le rapport se trouve aussi là : ( C:\JavaRa.log )

Toi qui a l'air de t'y connaître est ce que l'infection était sévère ?

Mon Spybot Search Destroy m'a a plusieurs reprises indiqué que des éléments importants du registre ont été modifié (suite aux actions que tu m'as dis de faire)

Et aussi que penses tu du patch que j'avais téléchargé avant que tu me vienne en aide (j'avais posté le lien dans mon premier post)

Apparemment ce Antispyware XP 2009 a infecté beaucoup de monde ces derniers temps...

Sinon juste une chose j'ai perdu mon lien vers orange qui était dans ma barre d'outil... Tu sais comment le remettre ? A la place j'ai un "trou" entre mes 2 séparateurs.

je t avais demandé de cocher quicktime car il n est pas nécessaire au démarrage de ton PC.. Donc tu pouvais autoriser la modification..

Et je ne pense pas que la ligne que je t ai fais fixer pour orange soit l icone de ta barre d outil...

Merci pour le lien pour Hijackthis mais quand je vais dans "Open the Misc tools section" puis dans l'onglet "Backup" je n'ai aucune ligne qui apparait ? C'est normal ? Je risque d'avoir du mal à recocher une ligne dans ce cas lol

Pour Quicktime c'est ok alors et sinon pour l'icone d'orange dans la barre d'outils tu as une idée ? En fait j'avais pensé à la ligne que tu m'as fait coché car il était marqué "extra button" dedans mais bon si c'est pas ça je sais pas pourquoi elle a disparu et je n'arrive pas à la remettre

J'ai remarqué un truc bête aussi c'est que je n'arrive pas à désactiver la saisie automatique dans la barre de  recherche google... en fait quand je vais dans les préférences je peux la désactiver mais on dirait que ça sauvegarde pas car après un redémarrage la saise automatique revient... 

Sinon tu ne m'as toujours pas dit : les rapports te semblent ok ? A part ça je n'ai pas d'autres problèmes

oui tout semble bon maintenant...

La saisie de texte automatique de google t a été demandée lors de la première utilisation de google.. Et je pense qu après, si tu as accepté, tu ne sais plus l activer...

tu peux faire ceci pour terminer stp :

Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques :  

&#x25B6; Télécharge Toolscleaner sur ton Bureau : 

(c est le numéro 15 en bas de la page) 

&#x25B6; Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler 
&#x25B6; Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer. 
&#x25B6; Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
&#x25B6; Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives. 
&#x25B6; Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer. 
&#x25B6; Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse




Désactive et réactive la Restauration du système :


Le fait de faire cette manipulation va supprimer tous les virus qui auraient pu se loger dans les
points de restauration que tu avais créé auparavant.. Il est donc recommandé de la faire : 

 
1 Dans la barre des tâches de Windows, clique sur Démarrer.
 
2 Clique avec le bouton droit de la souris sur Poste de travail puis clique sur Propriétés.
 
3 Dans l'onglet Restauration du système, coche "Désactiver la Restauration du système"

4 Clique sur Appliquer.
  
5 Ensuite décoche "Désactiver la restauration du systeme"

6 clique sur appliquer puis ok

7 vas créer un point de restauration en cliquant sur démarrer => tous les programmes => accessoires =>

outils systeme => restauration du systeme => créer un point de restauration => tu mets un nom

(exemple : après désinfection sur CCM) puis tu valides.

Je dois m'absenter pour la journée aussi je ferais sûrement ça ce soir... Je te posterai les rapports dès que ce sera fait.

Pour la restauration système comme j'ai une partition de réinstallation je n'ai jamais créé de point de sauvegarde ! Faut il quand même que je fasse la manip ?
