je ne vois rien d'anormal dans ton log ci dessus (mais je suis pas infaillible...)

pour accélérer le démarrage, tu peux essayer ceci
va dans démarrer --> executer
tu tapes msconfig
dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, tu vas dans l'onglet "démarrage"

là, tu vas décocher tout ce que tu ne juges pas indispensable sitôt que tu démarres ton PC
Attention: ne décoches rien qui puisse avoir un rapport avec ton antivirus, ton pare-feu ou ton imprimante

Ca ne désintallera absolument rien mais empêchera que les programmes en question se chargent automatiquement au démarrage de l'ordi. Rien ne t'empêchera de lancer ces programmes manuellement.
puis tu valides
on va te proposer de redémarrer le PC--> accepte

IMPORTANT: ne touche à rien d'autre dans msconfig si tu ne sais pas exactement ce que tu fais

télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
