      Assuming I want to launch the Bubbles.scr screensaver, I either type these terms directly into the search box and click, or in the command console I don't need to specify the command interpreter; I simply enter at the prompt:

      Bubbles.scr /s

      Specifying the command interpreter for an "executable" is only necessary, in principle, in a scheduled task where we would then have to specify the program as cmd and the argument as
      /C "C:\Windows\System32\Bubbles.scr"
