What command to go to the office via cmd

Hello,

I'm trying to access my desktop using the cd command but I'm having trouble, even though it's supposed to be simple!
I'm on Windows 7.
Currently, when I open my command line, I'm in the following directory:
C:\Windows\System32>
and I would like to navigate to a folder on my desktop named "winflash20113".
