Hello,

I just changed my phone and I can no longer connect to a very important work software. I have neither a pairing key nor a QR code and I can't figure out what to do. The Ping ID only wants to connect with my old phone. I’ve reactivated it, but even then, the software doesn’t recognize me. What should I do???
