Hello, I wanted to know if we can ask a video game store if they can repair a CD or give me the same CD (PS4) and take the damaged one in return. If so, thank you.

    Hello,

    A CD is only repairable if it's a scratch.

    In this case, it's not repairable.

    You'll need to buy a new one.
