Incompatible audio CDs on PS4?

Hello,

I inserted a music CD into my PlayStation 4, but it doesn't seem to support it or it's incompatible; in short, I couldn't listen to it... Do you know why?

    Hello :)
    For your question, the answer is simple. The PS4 cannot play audio CDs, it's a choice that PlayStation made, quite unfortunate :-/

    It is clearly stated in the user guide:
