Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, this does not solve my problem. As mentioned in the article you referred me to, my dbmail address has been linked to an Outlook address. I was receiving in my Outlook inbox emails sent to both my Outlook address and the dbmail address indiscriminately. The problem arose since August 31, when I changed computers.
