Headset disconnects

Hello,

My brand new Razer 7.1 v2 headset worked perfectly for a year, and now it's randomly disconnecting, causing the sound to come from the PC instead of the headset. It starts working again as soon as I unplug and replug it, but it happens again after a random amount of time.

I've plugged it into another USB port, but it does the same thing, so the problem must be with the headset.
