You can launch the game and check in the performance tab of the task manager
is the graph on GPU usage set to Nvidia or Intel?

I don't know if this is it:

In the bottom right, we see that the Intel HD Graphic 620 drivers are at 23.20
It doesn't seem to be the latest version.

Here’s what I did:

I'm good, I am.

no updates to be done.

I didn’t create the reports even though I took the time to read everything, and I’m keeping the instructions on hand just in case for next time because I was able to solve my problem in the meantime.

Indeed, I went from 16 FPS in the game menu to >300 FPS and from 5/10 FPS on very low in-game to about 90 FPS with ultra settings for textures and very low for the rest.
The change I made: In the Nvidia 3D menu, I simply clicked “Restore.”
