Hello,
while downloading music with Google Chrome, I must have made a mistake, and since then I've got a search engine that's stuck, and I can't get rid of it.
I have Bitdefender antivirus, but I was getting tons of popup windows, so I ran Malwarebytes, AdwCleaner, and CCleaner, and I even uninstalled Google Chrome
while keeping Microsoft Edge.
Then I wanted to reinstall Google Chrome, and I still had the search engine as the default search engine.
How can I completely get rid of it?

Thank you for your response, but since I deleted Google Chrome and installed Firefox, I no longer see a search engine
However, my computer is very slow to start: it's not for opening Windows, that's fine, but when I click on Firefox, I sometimes wait 2 minutes and it sometimes opens 2 windows, and the same goes for Thunderbird
After that, the other pages open normally
I think too many applications are starting at the same time
Who could tell me which ones are not useful to me at startup
