map initialization error

Question

Hello,
when I enter navigation, my GPS says "unable to open the map available with your license"
until now it worked well (I've had it for 2 years)
I did an update but nothing works

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 50.0

This is a Mappyulti S546
I contacted the manufacturer (voicemail) and I couldn't find a solution to my problem, I did a reset, nothing changed...
If you can help me that would be great, thanks!
