Pour Désinstaller les outils de désinfections :

** Télécharge Delfix : ici puis exécute Delfix sur ton bureau.

* Clique sur le bouton « Suppression » et poste son rapport sur ton prochain message.

* Pour le désinstaller, il suffit de le relancer et cliquer sur le bouton de désinstallation.

Après :

* Télécharge PureRa (par l''editeur de JavaRa) : ici

- Lance-le (clic droit "executer en tant qu''administrateur" pour Vista/7)

- clique sur "Clean"

- L''outil va faire son scan puis son nettoyage

- à la fin du scan tu auras une ligne comme ca :

Total space cleaned: 7657532 bytes

- Donne moi juste cette ligne.

Tu peux garder Malwarebyte's et CCleaner et fait des nettoyages régulièrement et Revo uninstaller pour désinstaller proprement tes logiciels.

Où se trouve explorateur ? désolé

Clique sur "Explorateur"

Puis sur "Organiser" et sur "Options des dossiers et de recherche"

Dans l'onglet "Affichage" :

Coche la case "Afficher les fichiers, dossiers et lecteurs cachés"
Décoche la case "Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu" (afin que soit toujours visible l'extension de tous les fichiers et pouvoir repérer un fichier malveillant )

Clique sur "Appliquer".

Toujours pareil message d erreur .

Ré-essaye de la formater avec HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool en NTFS :-)

Ok , j ai compris la clef était bien dedans mais elle était inexistante sur la fenetre ordinateur , je l' ai enlevé puis remise et la elle apparait sur la page ordinateur donc je relance usbfix

Je dois l'ouvrir la fenetre de la clef usb défectueuse ?

* Lance UsbFix puis clique sur l'option "Suppression".

- Branche ou laisse branché tes disques amovibles, clés USB puis clique sur OK.

- UsbFix va alors procéder à la suppression des fichiers potentiellement détectés grâce au scan effectué précédemment.
(Il se peut que tu sois obligé de relancer explorer.exe après l'intervention de UsbFix)

- Un rapport s'affichera à l'écran. Héberge-le sur pjjoint , et donne moi le lien fourni.

* Télécharge UsbFix sur ton bureau : ici.

- Double clique sur le fichier téléchargé, UsbFix va s'installer tout seul.

- Le logiciel va normalement se lancer automatiquement, choisis l'option "Recherche".

- Vérifie que tu as bien branché tous tes disques amovibles(disques durs externes etc...), clés USB puis clique sur OK.

- L'analyse va alors commencer puis un rapport s'affichera à la fin du scan. Héberge-le sur pjjoint , et donne moi le lien fourni.

*Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware : ici

-Laisse ta clé usb branché au pc.

-Met la base de définition à jour

-Lance un scan complet (cela peut durer de quelques minutes à plusieurs heures )

A la fin du scan, clique sur le bouton en bas à gauche Supprimez Selection.

Et poste-moi le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse :-)
