Problème démarrage windows xp
Bonjour!
Je pose ma question ici à tout hasard, étant donné que je ne sais plus quoi faire. Mon ordinateur a des problèmes pour démarrer Windows xp. Souvent, après que le logo s'affiche, boum, il redémarre tout seul.
Il me demande alors si je veux démarrer Windows normalement, mais alors il me refait le même coup, et ainsi de suite, je peux le laisser tourner en boucle pendant des heures...
Si par contre je choisis le mode sans échec, il démarre effectivement windows avec succès. Alors, je fais redémarrer, et là enfin je peux accéder à windows en mode normal. mais ça marche de moins en moins.
J'ai fait un scan avast. Il ne trouve rien.
J'ai fait un scan microsoft essential. Il a trouvé des virus, qu'il a supprimés "avec succès". Mais ça ne change rien.
J'ai essayé de réinstaller Windows, l'installation se passe bien, merci, mais ça ne change toujours rien. A part formater mon disque dur, vous auriez une idée de quelque chose à tenter, s'il vous plaît?

oui, j'ai déjà essayé de retirer une à une mes barettes de ram, de les mettre sur un autre port, apparemment tout est ok de ce côté. Si ce n'est pas un virus, ni la RAM, ce n'est pas très rassurant...
Qu'est ce que ça pourrait être d'autre?
Et tu aurais une idée pour mon autre PC? Celui où tout fonctionne quand je lui met un autre disque dur, mais qui reste sur un écran noir? C'est donc un problème de disque dur, cette fois. Comme je te disais j'y ai repassé windows avec succès, mais ça ne change rien, il ne veut même pas m'afficher le logo au démarrage..
Mais au fait tu n'en n'as pas marre à force?

merci pour ta réponse. Alors, il y a du nouveau. le rapport est ci dessous.
Mais surtout, j'ai monté ce disque dur que l'on scanne depuis une semaine sur un autre ordinateur, qui a démarré nickel! Ce n'est donc a priori pas un virus. Mais si ce n'est pas un virus, si ce n'est même pas le disque dur, tu as une idée de ce qui pourrait empêcher mon ordi de démarrer autrement qu'en mode sans échec?
Et puis, j'ai le problème inverse: l'ordi sur lequel j'ai monté ce disque dur ne démarrait pas non plus. pas moyen même d'afficher Windows. Pas moyen non plus de le démarrer en mode sans échec. Comme il a démarrer nickel avec ce disque dur que l'on scanne depuis une semaine, j'en déduis à l'inverse que c'est cett' fois un problème de disque dur.
Celui-ci n'a pas grillé, car avec un adaptateur usb je peux aller l'explorer. J'ai essayé de repasser windows, tout se passe bien, mais au redémarrage, écran noir à nouveau.
comment faire pour le nettoyer si je ne peux pas le démarrer? en usb, c'est possible?

Desactive ton antivirus le temps de la manip ainsi que ton parefeu si présent(car il est detecté a tort comme infection)
Télécharge et installe List&Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau
http://sd-1.archive-host.com/...
double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation
une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul
choisis l'option Search
un icone blanc et noir va s'afficher sur le bureau , il te servira à relancer le programme par la suite.
un autre rouge et noir te servira a desinstaller le prog a la fin de la desinfection.
? laisse travailler l'outil
à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué.
un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , , il s'auto supprimera a la fin du scan
? Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED" -
voilà, merci pour l'astuce, c'est bon à connaitre ce truc.
sinon, je viens de refaire les scans que tu m'as proposé depuis le début, avec mes disques durs branchés en usb (peut-être est-ce totalement inutile car les programmes ne vont pas y chercher quoi que ce soit, mais bon je n'y connais rien)
bref, au moment de combofix, celui pendant le quel on ne doit surtout rien faire... coupure de courant dans mon immeuble!
j'ai eu peur, mais l'ordi se porte comme avant. sauf qu'il émet parfois des bips de façon apparement aléatoire..

en fait je pense qu'il est trop long, car le message précédent a fonctionné, mais le rapport lui, s'affiche puis disparaît dès que j'actualise la page.. j'essaie de le couper en 2
sinon, oui, mes disques durs sont tous en liaison via E:, mon disque dur externe. Peut-être ai-je choppé par internet un virus sur mon netbook, que j'ai transmis à mon fixe G:, puis à celui sur lequel je suis C:
encore faut-il trouver le virus en question.
tiens, je vais démonter mon netbook, et mettre son disque dur en usb (j'ai l'adaptateur), pour le scanner. -
ça marche, là?

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe......) susceptibles d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
(1) Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau
(2) Choisi l option 2 ( Suppression )
Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .
Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.
Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .
Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

voici:
ça n'a toujours rien changé, excepté qu'aux démarrages, l'ordi fait trois bip aigus au lieu d'un. peut être parce que j'ai laissé branchés mes deux disques durs.
D'ailleurs benurrr, il faut sûrement que tu le saches pour pouvoir m'aider: mon netbook et mon ordi fixe ont planté à 4heures d'intervalle:
- le netbook, que j'avais laissé se remettre en veille, n'a jamais pu se rallumer. le voyant power s'allume, les ventilo démarrent mais ils ne se passe rien. On me dit que la carte mère a griller.
- le fixe ne parvient pas à démarrer windows. lorsque le logo est censé s'afficher: écran noir. En mode sans échec: un petit curseur blanc clignote en haut à gauche, et c'est tout.
je suis journaliste (scientifique) donc j'avais besoin impérativement d'un ordi sur lequel bosser. Ma soeur m'a prêté le sien, et... les problèmes de windows n'ont pas tardé. C'est celui sur lequel tu planches depuis 3 jours.
Je vais reprendre les scans que tu m'as indiqués pour autres disques durs, ça devrait donner pas mal de choses.

eh bien c'est fou cette histoire malheureusement vundofix n'a rien trouvé:
je viens de remarquer qu'au démarrage de windows, juste après le logo, et juste avant qu'il ne redémarre tout seul, un écran bleu apparaît. Malheureusement, il est si furtif que je n'ai absolument pas le temps de lire ce qu'il indique.
Quand à hijackthis, je n'ai pas tout à fait compris: il faut que je t'en refasse un? mais le précédent, c'est combofix qu'il l'avait fait.
Sachant que rien n'a changé depuis... sauf ce rapport:
