[Virus SOBER] comment le supprimer ? Résolu

Question

Bonjour,

ces derniers temps je reçois pleins de mails du style "smtp mail failed", "mail delivery failed", "your password", "you visit illegal websites" sur l'adresse postmaster de l'administrateur....

J'ai fait un scandisk avec symantec et il me dit que je suis infectée par Sober, mytob et beagle. J'ai mis les fichiers en quarantaine, je les ai ensuite supprimés. J'ai lançé les fixSober, fixmytob et fixbegle... J'ai lancé ad-aware se et j'ai refat un scan me disant qu'il n'y avait plus rien d'infecté sur le serveur.
Sur le réseau on utilise actuellement outlook office 2003, les règles de messages ne fonctionne pas pour l'adresse postmaster de l'administrator, je veux dire par là que c'est pas automatique et que je suis obligé de les lancer manuellement.

Après tout les scans fait sur le serveur et sur les machines au nombre de 12, je reçois toujours ces mails indésirables... y'a t'il un moyen de s'en débarrasser ?

impossible d'utiliser bitdefender, il n'a pas réussi à mettre à jour sa liste de virus et il n'a pas pu faire le scan !

¤Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/outil/option des dossiers/affichage

Coche « afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés »

Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"

Décoche « masquer les extensions dont le type est connu »
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.

Et appliquer !

¤Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

¤Vide tes fichiers temps et temporary internet file:

:: Supprimer les fichiers temporaires ::
vider tout le contenu de ces dossiers.

* C:\Windows\Temp

¤ Redémarre en mode normal, relance Hijackthis et copie/colle un nouveau rapport sur le forum.

J'ai des problèmes pour les mises à jours :

- pour Ewido il me dit : connection error during receive (10054) quand je met le proxy (10.0.1.2 j'ai fait un ipconfig/all) ou ...03 HTTP/1.1 403 forbidden (The isa server denies the specified uniform resource locator (URL) . ) sans le proxy
- pour spybot : Error: configuration automation\webupdate\useadress does not exist
- pour ad-aware : Erreur lors de la récupération de la mise à jour

j'ai remarqué que je n'arrivais pas à mettre à jour xp via live update sur les postes client alors que cela fonctionne très bien sur le serveur. J'utilise ISA server...

1/ pour la rame j'ai du 256Mo, comme je l'ai dit plus haut je n'arrive pas à utiliser le live update de microsoft...

2/ eurosourcefrance.local c'est le nom du domaine local donc je ne peux pas le supprimer

4/ mon firewall est assurée par ISA server, je ne peux pas ouvrir de port via le firewall si c'est la question que tu te poses.

double clique sur l2mfix.exe pour lancer l'extraction.
dans le dossier l2mfix, double clique sur l2mfix.bat et choisis l'option 1 et valide avec la touche entrée

Je préfére pas que l'on ajoute le SP2, si les machines rament, mon boss va me taper sur les doigts... Il préfère la rapidité. L'ancien manager informatique ne voulait pas l'installer, il disait que cela provoquait des bugs.

de tte façon avec 256, c est trop légerquant aux bogues, c'était en 2004 à la sortie, depuis une flopée de màj a corrigé ces blems

Je te remercie beaucoup pour tes bons conseils, après tous ces scans, j'ai refait un scan avec symantec et il ne trouve plus de virus sur ce pc. En espérant que cela dure. Ce qu'il y a de plus étrange c'est que l'utilisateur de ce pc n'ouvre pas les mails bizarres et les supprime directement. Outlook est configuré de tel façon que le message ne s'affiche pas il n'y a pas de module viewer. Bizarre mais bon apparemment après toutes ces manips on a réussi à supprimer le virus bien que je ne l'ai vu nulle part...
