Décompresse le fichier sur le Bureau (Clic droit > Extraire tout).
* Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) sur le répertoire JavaRa.
* Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le exe peut ne pas s'afficher).
* Choisis Français puis clique sur Select.
* Clique sur Recherche de mises à jour.
* Sélectionne Mettre à jour via jucheck.exe puis clique sur Rechercher.
* Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il le demande, clique sur Installer et suis les instructions d'installation qui prennent quelques minutes.
* L'installation est terminée, reviens à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Effacer les anciennes versions.
* Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. Laisse travailler et clique ensuite sur OK, puis une deuxième fois sur OK.
* Un rapport va s'ouvrir. Poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.
* Ferme l'application.

Note : le rapport se trouve aussi dans C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log.

j'avais du lourd en virus

du rootkit qui prends la place d'un fichier systeme important

tu as constaté que ce n'est pas simple à résoudre...

pour le reste, on va voir ca dans la finalisation qui va suivre

pour se faire

relances RSIT et postes le rapport log stp

ba ecoute pour l instant ca à l air d aller il rame beaucoup moins
j'avais du lourd en virus?
et quel antivirus me conseilles tu car avast n'a rien fait en faites?

alors j ai copie le fichier atapi qui est dans le fichier cité au dessus je l ai renommé truc.bak et j'ai refait avenger et voici le résultat

c'est le fichier atapi qui nous interesse et c'est lui qu'il faut copier sur C et renommer

C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_mshdc.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6000.20757_none_dbac78a93da31a8b\atapi.sys

non j'ai pas trop compris par contre je t'explique comment moi j'ai fait peux être que tu pourras me dire ou est mon erreur donc je suis allée dans démarrer apres ordinateur j' ai clique sur c puis sur windows puis sur winsxs et la j'ai cherché x86... quand je l'ai trouvé j'ai fait clique droit copier et je suis retournée sur le c et j'ai fait coller et enfin j'ai renommé le fichier

il ne faut pas creer de dossier mais copier le fichier atapi.sys "nu" tel quel à la racine de C
