Tu me recommandes de détruire l'AVG 8.0 Anti-Virus?

En anglais, je ne sais pas.

J'ignore comment voir si UAC est activé. POur les mises à jour automatiques, je n'arrive pas à trouver l'onglet. Mon environnement est en anglais. Merci de préciser.

---> Télécharge et installe CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) :
* Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc....
* Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage.

---> Il est nécessaire de désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système pour la purger.

==Prévention==

Réactive l'UAC si ce n'est pas déjà fait.

Conserve MBAM. Il te servira à scanner les fichiers douteux en complément de l'antivirus et scanne le disque dur régulièrement.

Puisque je refuse d'adhérer à StopZilla, il me sert toujours le même refrain depuis une semaine. Je l'ai supprimé définitivement. Actuellement, mon antivirus est AVG et il ne m'indique aucune infection.

Enfin, avez-vous vu des éléments inquiétants dans mes rapports ? Sinon, je suis pleinement satisfait de vos services. Je parlerai de Comment ça marche à mes amis et collègues. Êtes-vous localisés au Québec, en France, en Belgique ou êtes vous répartis à travers la planète?

--> Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, carte SD, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton Bureau.

--> Choisis l'option 2 (Suppression).

--> Ton Bureau disparaîtra et le PC redémarrera.

--> Au redémarrage, UsbFix scannera ton PC, laisse travailler l'outil.

--> Ensuite, poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le Bureau.

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\UsbFix.txt).

Dans le rapport OTL, j'ai vu une trace d'une infection USB.

--> Télécharge UsbFix (de Chiquitine29 & C_XX) sur ton Bureau.

--> Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut.

--> Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, carte SD, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau.
(Sous Vista, il faut cliquer droit sur le raccourci UsbFix et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)

--> Choisis l'option 1 (Recherche).

--> Laisse travailler l'outil.

--> Poste le rapport UsbFix.txt.

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\UsbFix.txt).

"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.

Ce qui est sûr, c'est que nous avons retiré des infections.

Tu as quel antivirus ?

---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.
* Clique droit sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
* Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

Non, enfin, StopZilla s'est installé sans mon consententement, il me trouve des virus et me demande de payer pour les éliminer. Tu vois le genre...

Je ne sais même pas si ces virus sont toujours présents. Je croyais que tu pouvais me le dire.
