zlob dns changer ...vient de m'attaquer ..

Question

Bonjour,

messagerie, google et msn en rade depuis quelques jours, j'ai enfin réussi à me connecter...spybot détecte un "Zlob dsn changer" qu'il n'arrive pas à supprimer ( toujours actif et en mémoire..)...alors j'ai  déjà lu le forum  et dc j'ai déjà téléchargé Hijack this... donc j'ai fait la manip et voici le rapport...
quelqu'un pourrait-il me dire quel truc il faut supprimer ou réparer ou bricoler ..parce que là vraiment pour moi c'est du chinois .....svp..

Télécharge et installe SmitFraudFix 
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php (par S!Ri)

Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe 
Dans le menu, fais le choix 1 et appuie sur "Entrée" pour créer un
rapport que tu trouveras à la racine du disque système C:\rapport.txt

Poste-le.

Redémarre le PC en mode sans echec ...

(méthode F8 de préférence)

Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe 
Dans le menu, fais le choix 2 et appuie sur "Entrée". 
Puis, aux deux questions qui te seront posées, réponds O (oui) et appuie
sur "Entrée" .... 
Un redémarrage sera peut être nécessaire pour terminer la procédure de nettoyage. 
Le rapport se trouve à la racine du disque système C:\rapport.txt

Poste-le. 

Ensuite, ...

Télécharge,  installe et mets à jour Malwarebytes Anti-Malwares …

puis, lance un scan complet et poste le rapport.

PS : pour supprimer les infections, choisis l'option Supprimer la sélection.

Un passage de Navilog1 était prévu pour nettoyage (éventuel) des restes d' infection
Navipromo/SkinTrim, etc ...

...c encore désolé....dans la fenêtre "téléchargement de mozila", il est notifié: " ce téléchargement a été bloqué par votre politique de zone de sécurité"......??  ...je savais même pas que çà existait, et en plus je fais pas de polirtique...bref...il va encore falloir m'aider ....désolé d'être lourd.p...

Salut,

Essaie cela ...

Va dans le Menu Démarrer > Panneau de Config. > Centre de Sécurité > Options Internet > Sécurité
> Personnaliser le Niveau... , puis dérouler jusqu'au "Démarrage des Applications et des Fichiers 
non sûrs" 
et cliquer sur Demander (Recommandé) Réinitialiser et OK. 

C' est valable avec Firefox 3 sous Windows XP & Vista !

Hello, j'ai suivi les dernières recommandations que tu m'as indiqué...c'est 1 échec, toujours le même message ds la fenêtre de téléchargement firefox (j'ai la version 3 sur vista, mon ordi: un toshiba satellite portable, il a 1 an...),
par ailleurs, la page "connexion" m'indique que "je suis connecté avec un accès limité"...
d'autres part quand je suis connecté la fenêtre "serveur introuvable " s'ouvre assez régulièrement....
bref...pas facile...les virus ont la peau dure...

Zlob dns changer ...vient de m'attaquer ..
