PC anormal :( besoin d aide merci

Bonjour,
j ai un pc tout neuf pourtant dernierement il devient super lourd, gele pas mal de fois, quand je clique sur arreter il fait comme si j ai rien dit!! parfois il est eteint et il demarre tout seul!!!
j ai un antivir a jour, parefeu installé, spybot search and destroy qui ne trouve rien, bref je vous raconte pas a quel point ce pc est rebelle!
j ai fait un rapport hijackthis j espere que qlq un peu me l interperter!*merci dans tt les cas
