Bonjour,
En me conectant samedi sur msn un de mes contacts m'a envoyé un fichier a ouvrir (photo myspacy) et je l'ai telecharger en fait il s'agissait d'un virus
j'ai lancé avast et adaware ils n'ont rien detecté d'anormal par contre avec spybot il ma trouver plein de fichier infecté les a corrigé sauf un qui revient toujour "MessengerSkinner.rtk"
je voulais savoir si quelqu'un peu me guider pour reussir a enlever se virus et etre surqu'il n'y en a pas d'autre sur mon pc

Clic-Droit sur MSNFix.zip
= Extraire ici ( ou extraire sans confirmation ou tout ou unzip)
= Double-Clic sur le dossier MSNfix qui vient de se créer
= Double-Clic MSNfix ==> Symbole roue dentée
Note: Avec vista pas de double-clic mais faire un clic-droit , puis exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
= Choisir F pour français
= Choisir R
= Choisir ensuite A quand le choix se présent
= Choisir ensuite N ( si infection)
= Enregistrer le rapport sur le bureau de préférence

pour les utilsateurs de Vista , il faut commencer par :
=> désactiver le contrôle des comptes, pour cela
= démarrer => panneau de configuration
= Double Clic sur Comptes utilisateurs
= Clic Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs
= Décocher Utiliser le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur
=clic ok
= redémarrer le PC
ne pas tenir compte du message d'avertissement , annonçant la désactivation de ce contrôle

Télécharger et enregistrer sur le bureau

= double-clic sur mbam-setup pour lancer l'installation
= Installer simplement sans rien modifier
= Quand le programme lancé ==> cocher Exécuter un examen complet
= Clic Rechercher
= Eventuellement décocher les disque à ne pas analyser
= Clic Lancer l'examen
= En fin de scan , si infection trouvée
==> Clic Afficher résultat
= Fermer vos applications en cours
= Vérifier si tout est coché et clic Supprimer la sélection
un rapport s'ouvre ==> l'enregistrer sur le bureau

Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton Bureau:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip
Décompresse-le (Clic droit >> Extraire ici).
Clique droit sur le fichier MSNFix.bat et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Exécute l'option R.
Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage.
Note : Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer.
Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.t, poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

I)Redémarre ton PC en mode sans échec !
Solution 1 avec la touche F8 (ou parfois F5 ou f2 ou f4)
- Au démarrage de ton ordinateur presser successivement (intervalle d'une seconde) la touche F8 jusqu'à arriver au menu de démarrage avancé permettant de sélectionner le Mode sans échec.
- Vous naviguez dans le menu jusqu'à l'option "mode sans échec" grâce aux flèches de direction.
- Validez avec la touche Entrée.
Note : Sur certains PC , c'est la touche F5 puis F8 qu'il convient d'utiliser(vois f2 ou f4)
II)lance navilog
1)Cette fois choisis l'option 2 (tape 2)
2)Copier-coller le rapport et dit moi si toujours des problèmes !
Puis refait moi un hijackthis stp
