Pc ne demarre plus en mode normal

Bonjour,

mon pc ne demarre plus en mode normal. Lorsque j'arrive sur le bureau de windows xp , le pc se bloque. Par contre, tout marche nikel en mode sans echec. Voici les rapports hijackthis et malwarebytes :
