Probleme explorer avec vista

Bonjour,
ma sœur a un pb avec son hp pavillon entertainement pc ( c'est sa description)

depuis qu'on lui a acheté cet ordinateur portable (en mars dernier) elle a des problèmes: son explorer plante tout le temps, comme solution je ne lui ai trouver qu'une marche a suivre: aller dans le gestionnaire de tache faire fin tache a l'explorer et redémarré l'explorer.exe
lorsqu'elle ouvre une fenêtre d'un de ces dossier, son ordi fait du bruit et chauffe puis ram elle attend plus de 10 min que sa fenêtre s'ouvre quand ca marche.
quand elle navigue sur son disque dur externe la ca ne ram pas ca va vite normalement!

pourriez vous nous aider a trouvé une solution! merci d'avance

Son Vista n'a pas le SP1.

Vu qu'il est long à télécharger et qu'il faut environ 1h pour l'installer avec trois redémarrages, je te dis bonne nuit.

on a essayer de reinstallé sp1 mais ca veut pas le telecharger
jai chercher autrement avec les windows update les mise a jour automatique ca lui fais echec! la ca me soul jen peu plus c vraiment grave son ordi! elle me dis la kil est pire kavant internet ram aussi il chauffe a fond genre il va senvolé ou exploser tellement ke ca fais du bruit! bref jlui ai dis deteindre on vera plus tard!

---> Télécharge OTMoveIt3 (OldTimer) sur ton Bureau :
http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTMoveIt3.exe

---> Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe afin de le lancer.

---> Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte suivant ci-dessous :

---> Colle (Ctrl+V) le texte précédemment copié dans le cadre Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved.

---> Clique maintenant sur le bouton MoveIt! puis ferme OTMoveIt3.

Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer.
Accepte en cliquant sur YES.

---> Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

REMETTRE l'ordi comme quand vous l'avez acheté
c-à-d reformater et réinstaller les programmes que vous
pensez utiliser et non pas ceux que vous n'utiliserez JAMAIS
mais que l'on vous vend

desolée la je peux rien faire ma soeur n'est pas la je vous tien au courant! le truc on veux pas tout reformater paske ces fichier mettent tro de temps a copier c super long et on a supprimer pas mal de programme inutile

Le résultat est étonnant.

Il me faut un rapport plus complet.

- Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.

- Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme.

- Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

- Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

- Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

Note : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

J'ai vu une infection.

--> Télécharge UsbFix (de Chiquitine29) sur ton Bureau :
http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/116615172019703188/UsbFix.exe

--> Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut.

--> Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

--> Clique droit sur le raccourci UsbFix situé sur ton Bureau et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

--> Choisis l'option 1 (Nettoyage).

--> Le PC va redémarrer.

--> Après redémarrage, poste le rapport UsbFix.txt

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque.

(Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr, Onglet "Fichier", "Nouvelle tâche", tape explorer.exe et valide)

UsbFix a bien fonctionné, tu peux le désinstaller.

Je te conseille de remplacer Avast par Antivir :

on fais ca et ca va revenir dans l'ordre apres, paske la ca ram encore vraiment a fond ca bloque et ca cherche pour telecharger, ca bouge pas ! je suis obligé de le telecharger pour lui envoyer apres par mail c'est un peu chiant! en plus elle me dis un autre truc c kelle arrive pas a activé son parfeu ca veux pas et ca bloque
