Hello,
please tell me where I can find a driver for my mp4. 
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    I think it's a driver issue because when I connect my MP4 to the PC, it doesn't stay on.
    I installed the programs from the CD that came with this player, but it didn't solve the problem...
    I can transfer data, but only by holding down the power button during the transfer...
    Help me, my thumb hurts XD thanks!

      I can't remove the power and give a charge. I can't charge and play.

    Hello,
    I also have a D-JIX M370, and I'm looking for drivers to install it on my ultraportable that doesn't have a CD drive... I do have the installation CD, but I'm stuck here...
    Does anyone know where I could find that? :)

    It's good, I plugged it into another port and it works! I won't have thumb pain anymore...
